3. Proof of Identity. You will need to show, for example, a driver's license. In addition, you will need to bring a photocopy of this identification document.
4. A recent color photograph (a "passport photo") which must show the front of your face, and be 2x2 inches in size. Port Huron Post Office does have passport photo services, and, for a fee, your photo can be taken there.
